Private Insurance
Our office is a preferred provider with most major medical insurance plans such as, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Health, Aetna, and many others. As a courtesy, we can verify and explain your chiropractic coverage before treatment.
Medicare
We are Medicare providers and are happy to bill your medicare supplement for you if you should have one. Medicare only covers manipulation treatment. All other treatments not covered by medicare is offered to you at an affordable rate.
No Insurance
For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, we do have a hardship fee schedule and payment arrangements can be made to allow you to have treatment that is affordable.
Personal Injury
For a patient involved in an auto accident or personal injury, treatment can be billed to Med Pay policy of auto innsurance if available or will be held on a personal lien until time of settlement.
Workers Compensation
Workers Compensation is accepted based on the requirements of the California Labor Code.
Method of payment
Personal checks, cash, and major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. For your convenience you may also make payments by phone.
